The Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) is hosting a FREE LEGAL CLINIC

This is a FREE opportunity for entrepreneurs to ask questions and get legal advice on business related issues such as:

• Which legal structure best suits a business (i.e. sole proprietorship, corporation, limited liability, or partnership)
• How to protect intellectual property
• If a contract is legally binding
• How to avoid business lawsuits

All appointments are 30 minutes long. PARTICIPANTS MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE LEGAL ADIVCE. Be prepared to provide specif legal questions.
