Expedition Report Details:
I have been listening to Brad Callens pod cast series on SEO and affiliate marketing and one has really caught my attention. It's dealing with web 2.0 video blogging and viral traffic generation.
So I combined a program from Mr Landlord where he pays for leads when a user joins his free newsletter and receives a free rental lease as an incentive. I have recently added a refer a friend function which has gone mostly untouched but the traffic and sign up rate is pretty good for the first two months.
Today I added a video blog in which I talk about creating a directory structure on your computer to help you manage your landlord information more efficiently.
It has been a really fun experiment and I encourage every landlord to try out the free lease. You may find something in that lease you would like to add to your own lease template.
All feedback is welcome.

UPDATE: I have been receiving a good response from this site (http://www.thinwebs.net/Free-Rental-Lease/Free-Lease-Form.htm). The Video Blog seems to have upped my conversions and yesterday I added a peel away ad in the upper right corner for a free real estate program through azoogle. - Corey Bornmann
