What I Have:
  Well market and product know how for my area.Turn key system for serious investors wanting to make some money

What I Want:
  Network with other investors,continuing to be educated in real estate.

  Traveling and I fight competitvely (jui jitsu )kayaking,working out

Well I am 33 years old started my business here in the Carolina's.I am originally from Long Island New York.My wife and I work together.We have been married for 12 years.We also train and fight together.

I run two companies one for buy and hold real estate,and handling portfolios for out of state investors.My other company buy and sells real estate notes and deals in commercial real estate.

Well we started out wholesaling deals in my area.Then started working with out of state investors.We went on to rehab single family projects in our area.We have now expanded all aspects of what we had going on.

Not to say we did not hit alot of road bumps along the way.Through our investors we have been able to expand into note buying and commercial real estate.

It is a good but tough business.We now work mostly with out of state investors being we are in such a hot area.Working with single family rehab projects,and buy and hold rentals.

Wow that could take some time.

This year we have a some simple goals that I can just go through our for real estate.

To bring in 15 new clients.With each client we would like to do at least 4 projects per client.

To buy one small apartment less then 20 units.In the Carolina area.

To rehab at least 10 single family 5 for resale and five for buy and hold rentals

With the commercial and real estate notes.We want to make sure we are averaging 10 offers week and on notes putting together 10 deals a week.

As side note we still buy some properties just to whole sale for fast cash ...

I have also put together a local group We call it power mind set group.This group is for small business and large to help each other out .We meet twice a month looking to expand this group to 30 people by years end.
