What I Have: Insurance expertise, select real estate projects, marketing ideas
What I Want: Networking, referrals, other entrepreneurial projects
Interests: travel, antiques, my dogs, ebay business
About Me

I spent 14 years at one company in the corporate world and get laid off five years ago. That single event made me determine not to ever put myself in a position where I could lose my (single) income stream again based on someone's whim. Since that time, I've developed my insurance business as an independent broker, and worked on several other interesting entrepreneurial endeavors that proved successful.
Experience

I've flipped a co-op in NYC that I "inherited" from my family, which was only renting it. I had the opportunity to purchase at an insider price, and sold my rights to the apartment. This was a great success.
Prior to that, I flipped a pre-construction town home in Florida that I had only invested a small down payment in, and made 100% return on my money a year later. Didn't even have to arrange financing.
I've worked on a project where I made approximately $20K off of one email broadcast, and also been rewarded for various referrals that I've made. Right now I'm working on developing an ebay business.
Personal Goals

Looking to establish a reliable income stream outside of my insurance business so that I can be freed from the daily grind. I want to travel, and work remotely
