I was born in Moscow back when it was still USSR. We emigrated to
USA in 1980. I started my first job when I was 12, and worked like a dog all throughout scholl untill I turned 21. At that point I joined US Army Infantry and went off to meet interesting people and visit fabulous places.
When I came back, I finished my degree in Information Systems and opened up my own management consulting practice.
In 2003 I scaled down my consulting business and went full time
into real estate investments.

I have been involved in scores of real estate ventures.
All of them based out of Philadelphia, PA.
With partners, we presently control about 70 units comprised of
a mixture of 1-4 family homes, mixed use commercial real estate and small apartment buildings. In additions we are developing 2 condominiums, one in Brooklyn and the other in Philly.

Ability to spend as much free time with my family as I want.
