Making passive income from my investments

What I Have:
  I have marketing, advertising and most importantly people skills

What I Want:
  I want to meet fellow investors so we can all learn from eachother.

Interests:
  I like traveling, skydiving, going to wine tastings, and trading stocks.

Business Owner who started my business as soon as I graduated college. After years of being in business I decided I didn't want to have any employees or the hassles of dealing with lots of customers. I wanted to obtain passive income so I have free time to do what I really want to do. this would be having the freedom to do nothing but choosing to do something.

I have invested in Philadelphia, currently buying in North Carolina and my ultimate goal would be to purchase an investment property in New York City.
I have a great mentor so I'm learning alot about how to QUICKLY analyze deals.
