I spent six years in the US Navy. Served on board a submarine. Lived a year in Russia starting new churches. For six years worked and profitted other businesses. Last year started to work for myself on a Real Estate company.
Experience
My marketing machine is up and deals are coming at me. So far my cash flow is strong, currently good for the next 8-10 months. Currently focusing on ways to create more cash than equity. Plan to shift more to equity in 2008.
Personal Goals
Aquire $500k in working assets in the next 18 months through structuring and partnering on real estate deals.Aquire $5M in working assets in the next 5 years. Block time to enjoy my family on a regular basis. |
