Experience
I'm providing technical consulting to a NYC nonprofit group building a $30 million museum celebrating ethnic filmmaking legacy. Museum has received NYS Regents certification and has a funding bills pending before the NYS state legislature and Congress.
Personal Goals
To build a profitable real estate profolio containing four 20+ multi-unit apartment houses in coming 12 months.
