I have 25 yrs exp in Commercial Residential Remod. / a steel bldg. distributorship, and extensive knowledge of my local real estate market. What I Want: Looking for investors, partners, JV, RE buyers and sellers. Interests: Moving Money and Real Estate About Me
I got beat to death financially 2 years ago and am trying to take advantage of this sellers market to get back in the saddle.

I have several properties under contract and am attempting to wholesale them. Also I am working on 3 short sale deals.
