Philadelphia rowhouse rehabber looking to meet other Philadelphia REI's.

What I Have:
  I have a growing rental portfolio of rehabbed shells. I have knowledge and creative ideas to share with other investors. I am resourceful at getting a job done.

What I Want:
  I want to network with other Philly Investors and build my portfolio. Network, do deal, etc....

Interests:
  I love to travel, I love to be with my kids, I would really like to learn how to speak publically.

I am a twenty something entrepeneur, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I rehab rowhouses in Philadelphia. I do it for my kids because this allows me to make a lot more money than a conventional 9-5 job and the flexibility to be there for my kids when they need me. I am so greatful to be in this industry. I didn't spell greatful wrong either, because what I do is sooo GREAT! I am really happy, I feel like I have been given a gift.

I previously worked in a bank for 5 years, I worked my way up from entry level banker to Assistant Vice President Branch Manager. It was great and I learned so much, especially about how to build a winning team. I would not have been successful without my team. I left my position in June 2007 to start my real estate investment business. I have always wanted to buy abandoned houses and clean them up for families to live in and now I get my chance. Its awesome and I love it.

To own 100 rental units in 3 years. To learn how to speak publically and to help others learn how to do what I do so that they can be financially free too.
